DIGITAL PHOTO RELEASE AND CONSENT AGREEMENT

By proceeding with this digital consent form, you grant LiloPhoto, doing business as Cucufun LLC, and its agents, and employees the permission to use and publish the photographs taken at your photobooth session. This consent includes the use of your images for purposes such as:

• Publicity and promotion on social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
• Display on the LiloPhoto website
• Inclusion in printed and digital marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and email campaigns
• Presentation in internal and external communications meant to promote the activities of LiloPhoto

We at LiloPhoto, under Cucufun LLC, hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and ethical use of all photographs. We are committed to:

• Ensuring that your images are used in a manner that is respectful, positive, and promotes the values of inclusivity and diversity.
• Guaranteeing that your photos will never be used in any context that promotes, condones, or appears to endorse discrimination, racism, sexism, or any form of hate speech and intolerance.
• Maintaining a professional and respectful depiction of all individuals in our promotional materials.

By agreeing to this Digital Photo Release and Consent Agreement, you hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Cucufun LLC, its agents, employees, and any third parties involved in the creation, use, or dissemination of marketing materials utilizing your photographs, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of actions that you may have or may arise against any of them due to privacy, copyright, defamation, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing, reduction, publication, distribution, broadcast, or exhibition of such photographs.

By selecting the "Agree" option below, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood this agreement, including the release of claims against LiloPhoto, operated under Cucufun LLC, and any third-party entities utilizing the material for marketing purposes. You affirm that all provided information is accurate and true, and you voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Your contact details have been securely recorded in the previous step of this process.

This consent is given freely and without pressure from any party. Your choice to agree or disagree will in no way affect your current or future dealings with LiloPhoto.
